Hudson's 4 Month Review...

Tomorrow, our son Hudson will be 5 months old. And so, I thought I would combine a whole bunch of pictures in this post to let you know what he has been up to.

I'll take his 5 month photo tomorrow. I am always excited to see the progress he has made in just one short month.

As I look back at last month's picture, I am glad he took his 4 month shots like a champ. I think it's harder on me than it is on him.

We started the month with a fun visit from my family.

And of course when Coveys get together...there will be lots of group shots taken!

And since Jeremiah has the greenest grass in the neighborhood, our front yard was the perfect place to capture some memories.

Pippa was excited to get to know her cousin better.

She even brought her bouncer seat for him to try (he loves it, by the way), and was willing to show him how it works.

Hudson loves to be outside. When the weather is nice, I will move the bouncer out to the deck to enjoy the scenery.

I really think he recognizes the camera now. Or at least he looks at us and tries to figure out why that "black box" is being pointed at him again.

He has had a lot of firsts in the past week or two. He took his first road trip (more about that coming soon). He sat in the bumbo seat for the first time last week.

"Aren't I special?"

He has found his hands...and likes to look at them and put them in his mouth.

He has started grabbing toys and objects that are in front of him. Playtime is a lot more fun now! And if the toy is soft, he usually hugs it to himself.

He still loves bath time... it's how he relaxes.

And this past Sunday, he wore his first pair of jeans. (He is now in size 0-3 months).

At his four month appointment he weighed 10 lbs and 15 oz. He is eating SOOOO much! I will be excited to see how much he weighs at his 6 month appointment.

We are so proud of our little man and continue to praise the Lord for what He is doing in our family!
